How It Started
Born from a Love of Live Fire and Hospitality.
The Catering Co. started with a trompo, a backyard, and a group of friends who couldn't stop talking about the food. What began as a passion project became a full-scale luxury catering operation serving California's most discerning hosts.
We built our menu around live-fire cooking, theatrical stations, and the kind of food that makes guests stop mid-conversation to take a photo. Every experience we offer was designed to be a moment — not just a meal.
Today we serve events from intimate 50-person dinners to 500-guest celebrations across Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, and Silicon Valley. The food has evolved. The obsession hasn't.
